Broom coat is a cementitious single component product, meaning just add water, designed to resurface high-traffic concrete surfaces without compromising on color, design or texture. It is a self-bonding overlayment available in Portland grey or Portland white, both 50LB bags. Broom coat transforms old and worn surfaces by eliminating surface defects and decreasing the slip coefficient.
Broom coat is optamized for exterior applications such as walkways, parking garages, sidewalks, parking lots and others where foot and vehicular traffic is heavy.
Broom coat is most often applied with a concrete broom, however can be applied in a variety of methods including but not limited to trowel, float, squeegee, brush and hopper. Although designed to be applied in broom texture, it can be textured in sponge, float, slop trowel or stipple finish; additional to broom.
Broom coat can also be colored with any standard cementitious pigment pack.
